By booking an appointment with Lamour Brows you agree to these terms and conditions. Please take a moment to read them carefully before booking.
Appointment Scheduling
All appointments must be booked through the booking site and are secured with a 50% non-refundable deposit. The deposit is applied towards the total service cost.
Payments
The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment and must be paid in cash only. Payments made via online payment methods will incur a €5 processing fee.
Appointment Guest Policy
Due to limited space and to ensure that we can provide the best service and personal attention, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone.
Cancellation or Rescheduling
We respectfully request at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failing to provide a 48 hour notice will result in total loss of deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book again. Appointments can be rescheduled up to two times. Any further changes will require a new booking and a new booking fee.
Cancellation or rescheduling within 12 hours of your appointment time will be charged a late cancellation fee of 75% of the service cost. Same-day cancellations will be charged the full price of the service cost before booking again. This is to account for the short notice and loss of booking time.
Late Arrivals
Please be sure to arrive on time for your appointment. We give a 10 minute grace period on all appointments. Unfortunately, if you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled, and a 100% late cancellation fee will apply. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Late arrivals impact the quality of your treatment and the day’s schedule.
No-Shows
If you miss your appointment without notice, 100% of the booked service will be charged before you can book again.
Health & Hygiene
To maintain the highest hygiene standards, I’m unable to perform treatments on clients who are unwell. Same-day cancellations due to illness are subject to the cancellation policy.
Patch Test Policy
A patch test is recommended 24–48 hours before your appointment for selected services, particularly if you have sensitive skin or a history of allergic reactions.
It is the client’s responsibility to schedule and complete a patch test prior to their appointment if desired or required. Lamour Brows will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or side effects that may occur if a patch test has not been performed.
If a client chooses not to proceed with their booked service at the appointment because a patch test was not completed, this will be considered a same-day cancellation, and 100% of the service fee will be charged.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
Squeeze-Ins or Appoinments Outside Regular Hours
Squeeze ins or bookings outside regular hours incur a €25 fee. During December or on public holidays, a €50 squeeze-in fee applies. For last-minute availability, please contact me directly.
